Returns & Exchanges

At Nouvelle Mesure Lab, we strive for perfection in every order, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
